Job Summary: We are seeking a Functional Project Analyst to manage projects for financial products and solutions, bringing expertise in solutions, products, UX, and functional validation. Knowledge and experience in the financial, IT, or banking sector We are looking for a Functional Project Analyst who will functionally manage projects for financial products and solutions, providing expertise in solutions, products, user experience, and functional validation. Main Responsibilities Monitor portfolio projects and initiatives, supporting planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and commitment fulfillment. Elicit, analyze, and structure functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Support the functional definition and evolution of digital solutions and products. Assist in backlog management and coordination among business, technology, and operations. Execute and support functional validations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality reviews of solutions prior to production release. Incorporate user experience criteria into solution review and validation. Must possess knowledge and experience with financial, IT, or banking sector products. Desired Tools Azure DevOps ClickUp, Trello, Jira, among others. Microsoft SharePoint Miro Figma (desirable) Microsoft Power BI City: Medellin Indefinite-term contract Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7 AM to 5 PM; Friday, 7 AM to 1 PM Salary: 5,500,000. -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Professional Degree 2 years of experience Keywords: analyst
