Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Assistant to identify and resolve technical issues, manage configurations, and provide user support. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills We are seeking a Technical Support Assistant at VISIONAMOS LOW-VALUE PAYMENT SYSTEM. Responsibilities Identify and resolve technical failures in computing equipment and peripherals Manage warranty processes for physical failures of computing equipment and peripherals Configure workstations at the hardware and software level, including operating systems (Windows and Linux), office applications, and required corporate applications Perform secure data erasure on computing equipment in compliance with established procedures Validate employee backup copies through provided reports Support, if necessary, in preparing and configuring devices (payment terminals/PIN pads) Provide technical guidance to employees on the use of technological resources Log, manage, and track requests or incidents via the service desk system Install, replace, or upgrade hardware components such as RAM, hard drives, or storage units when required Basic knowledge of data networks and telecommunications.
