At Interfell, we are collaborating to find a Design Coordinator to bring the brand to life in retail environments, both digital and physical. This role will focus on creating attractive, user-centered designs that enhance customer experience and align with the brand's identity. **This is an on-site position; the office is located in El Poblado, Medellín.** **Contracts are service-based with indefinite duration.** **Salary Range: 2000 USD - 2750 USD** **Responsibilities:** * Creative development: design digital assets (banners, email templates, social media creatives) and in-store materials (signage, posters, displays). * UI/UX design: collaborate with the e-commerce team to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces using Figma. * Brand consistency: ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and enhance the customer experience. * Trend research and analysis: stay updated on design trends, retail innovation, and competitor activity to inform creative decisions. * AI-driven efficiency: utilize artificial intelligence tools for content creation, rapid prototyping, and improved response times. * Collaboration: work closely with marketing, technology, and retail sales teams to translate briefs into impactful visual elements. * Quality control: review and refine assets to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all channels. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. * 2 to 4 years of experience in design, preferably within the retail or e-commerce sector. * Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). * Solid understanding of UX principles and customer experience. * Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is a plus. * Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Benefits** * US holidays. * 15 days of vacation per year. * Professional growth opportunities within the company.
