Ready to create together?** **Main Responsibilities** Responsible for building the commercial team, developing the strategic growth plan, identifying market opportunities, representing the bank before key stakeholders in the corporate environment, and ensuring operations are conducted to high standards of profitability, sustainability, and BBVA culture. Ensures alignment with corporate objectives, drives a customer-centric culture, and fosters a collaborative, high-performance environment. **Academic Background** * Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate specialization in Finance, Commercial Management, Business Development, or an MBA. **Experience** * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the financial sector, in commercial development or corporate client relationship management roles. **Proven experience in:** * Acquiring and onboarding new clients from scratch. * Designing and executing commercial strategies in new territories or regions. * Providing comprehensive financial advisory services to medium- and large-sized enterprises. * Desired experience managing commercial teams and engaging with decision-makers at medium- and large-sized enterprises. **Technical Knowledge** * Corporate financial products (credit, transaction structuring, cash management, leasing, insurance, etc.). * Financial and credit risk assessment and analysis. * Understanding of the Colombian corporate environment and the financial regulatory framework. * Prospecting and customer retention strategies in B2B markets. * CRM tools and portfolio analytics. * Key performance indicators (financial margin, profitability, delinquency, NPS). **Competencies and Skills** * Strategic leadership * Assertive communication * Resilience and autonomy *Discover the future of banking with BBVA!
