Retail Commercial Leader - Multi-Brand Arauca

**Objective**: Drive zone growth by achieving targets, acquiring new customers and executing the commercial strategy, consolidating brand positioning across each channel. **Job Responsibilities**: Ensure achievement and growth of the sales budget in the assigned zone (Arauca, Meta, Vichada and Casanare). Achieve and exceed commercial targets through execution and monitoring of the defined strategy for owned stores, chains and multi-brand accounts. Analyze performance indicators (sales, returns, display, turnover) and define corrective and improvement actions. Monitor monthly budget and performance per brand and per point of sale (ABC analysis). Acquire new customers according to company-defined policies and variables. Manage and strengthen strategic relationships with key chains and multi-brand accounts. Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, displays and visibility spaces aligned with brand strategy. Present collections to buyers and commercial teams according to the established calendar. Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising and commercial guidelines. Lead, motivate and develop the zone’s commercial team. Conduct monthly follow-up meetings, results analysis and action plan definition. Promote a culture of service, compliance and results orientation. Prepare the monthly work schedule and report payroll updates to Human Resources. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain to ensure adequate product assortment at points of sale. Supervise inventories, turnover and compliance with operational procedures across all channels. Ensure correct implementation of display policies as stipulated in the brand manual. Identify growth, expansion and improvement opportunities across different channels. Monitor consumer trends, market behavior and competitors’ actions. Propose differentiated commercial strategies to acquire and retain customers, strengthening brand positioning within the zone. **Education Level**: Professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related fields. Minimum qualification: Technologist. **Work Experience**: Minimum 4 years in roles leading commercial teams, meeting budgets and acquiring new customers. Experience across diverse sales channels (retail, multi-brand). **Knowledge**: Knowledge of the corsetry textile sector, owned stores, distribution channels, multi-brand accounts, large and medium-sized retail surfaces, negotiation techniques, advanced Excel and Office suite proficiency. **Observations**: Willingness to travel among cities within the assigned geographic area. **Contract**: Indefinite-term. **JOB CONDITIONS** **Base Salary 2026**: $2\.500\.000 \+ uncapped commissions \+ monthly per diems. **Per Diem Support**: Reimbursement supported by electronic invoices for expenses.
