




Job Description: We are looking for an organized, proactive person with a positive attitude to support our Human Resources and Administration departments. You will play a key role in internal processes, document management, and supporting the production team and inventory management. Main Responsibilities: Preparation of attendance records, payroll, and personnel updates. Support in recruitment processes: job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination. Management of resumes and updating of the database. Handling of personnel updates and support in employee wellness programs. Drafting of letters, certifications, and internal documents. Physical and digital filing of documentation. Support in procurement, logistics, and follow-up with work teams. General administrative tasks (scheduling, calls, internal coordination). Requirements: Technical, technological, or university student in Human Resources Management, Administration, or related fields. Basic proficiency in Excel and digital tools. Excellent attitude and communication skills. Orderliness, responsibility, and ability to work under defined deadlines. We Offer: Indefinite-term contract.
