Job Summary: We are seeking a mini backhoe loader operator to perform excavations, handle materials, and maintain equipment in compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate a mini backhoe loader while complying with safety regulations and using personal protective equipment. 2. Perform excavations and material handling according to the project specifications. 3. Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance of the equipment. A company located in Sonsón is seeking experienced personnel (minimum 12 months) to join its team as a mini backhoe loader operator. · Academic qualification: No formal academic qualification required. · Specific duties: -Perform ground excavations according to project specifications. -Move and place soil, rocks, and other materials for site preparation. -Operate the mini backhoe loader while complying with safety regulations and using personal protective equipment. -Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance of the equipment. -Check oil levels, fluid levels, filters, and key components essential for machinery operation. · Required knowledge: -License to operate backhoe machinery. -Basic understanding of mini backhoe loader operation. · Salary: COP 2,600,000 + social benefits. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Contract type: Permanent.
