With timeless style and legendary service, Four Seasons is shaping Cartagena’s new cultural focal point. **Acerca del rol** Responsible for providing support to the hotel's systems, infrastructure and services. Provide IT support to administrative staff and guests. Mainly focused on maintaining all operating systems with the help of third-party support. **Responsabilidades** * Maintain servers and computers updated with the latest security patches. * Monitor the performance and status of different servers and systems. * Ensure continuous operation of hotel communications. * Provide IT support to hotel staff. * Provide IT support to guests. * Accompany personnel or virtually providers when necessary. * Guarantee and establish information security standards within the organization. * Perform maintenance on computers or electronic devices. * Collaborate as a team with other departments. * Develop interpersonal relationships with the hotel team. * Identify and provide solutions to problems in the IT area. **Requisitos** * Intermediate knowledge and handling of Windows 11, Office 365, Azure. * Knowledge of computing equipment support (tablet and computer) (mandatory) * Knowledge of server support and virtualization (desirable). * Knowledge of hotel and point-of-sale applications (desirable) such as Opera and Symphony. * Intermediate technical English * Technician or professional in areas related to technology, telecommunications, systems, information technology. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the IT field providing support to computing equipment, mobile devices and end-user service in the hospitality industry. **Lo que ofrecemos** * Competitive salary. * Indefinite term contract * Training and development opportunities * Complimentary accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts * Complimentary meals during working hours * Uniform laundry service **Horarios** * Full-time availability

Project: Develop RCO procedures defined during the methodology development, under the plant's standardization management model (together with the maintenance professional). Support the maintenance professional in managing information during the development of the RCO methodology on plant assets. Document the maintenance activity instructions resulting from the RCO methodology, in the defined format. Collect information from plant areas involved into a document defining the current operational context of the plant. Participate in maintenance task validation meetings conducted with the plant's multidisciplinary team, record notes provided during the validation exercise, and follow up on resulting changes.
