Fundación Hogares Claret requires a nursing assistant for its team who will be responsible for providing appropriate care to users under the guidance of doctors and other members of the Foundation's interdisciplinary health team. **Academic Level:** Technical or Technological degree in Nursing. **Experience:** 12 months in positions related to the job duties. **Type of Contract:** Specific Work or Task \- Full Time. **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday from 07:00 am to 05:00 pm, and Thursday from 07:00 am to 04:00 pm. **Salary:** $1\.632\.400 \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Overtime Pay \+ Shift Differentials. **Work Location:** Finca los Naranjos \- Vereda San Bernardo / Sasaima \- Cund. (On-site). **Responsibilities:** **1\.** Provide first aid in case of emergency, medical urgency, or accident. **2\.** Identify health risk factors in the population linked to the program and refer services for attention through the social security health system. **3\.** Prepare patients for medical, nutritional, and/or dental treatments, provide food, supervise routine exercises, and perform other responsibilities related to patient care. **4\.** Accompany users to medical appointments at health centers. **5\.** Participate in monitoring the treatment plan provided to users. **6\.** Comply with the treatment recommended by the physician and follow-ups with sick users. **7\.** Ensure timely delivery and control of medications. **8\.** Report special situations to the interdisciplinary team so they can be considered in institutional activities. **9\.** Manage and accompany user referral processes to other levels of care or appointments in forensic medicine, toxicology, laboratory tests, and others. **10\.** Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
