It is the result of a journey undertaken by educators and entrepreneurs from various sectors who believe in education and holistic development to shape the future of Colombia and Latin America. **Job Mission:** Support the brand's presence in digital environments effectively, maintaining and creating a positive image relative to competitors. **Job Responsibilities:** * Value to the company's image. * Define and execute the digital communication strategy (content calendar). * Produce and manage the school’s digital content. * Manage the website. * Manage relationships with web providers. * Participate in marketing department activities. * Manage the school's social media accounts. * Monitor and analyze digital communications (website - social media - blogs - Hubspot - metrics). * Email Marketing: support the marketing team in creating email marketing content based on the marketing plan strategy - provided by the marketing and admissions director. * Website SEO optimization: work on content that enhances the school’s visibility in search engines. * Coordination with Other Departments: closely collaborate with other departments such as marketing, public relations, sales, and customer service - to ensure consistency in communication and overall strategy. * Manage digital advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. * Implement and manage customer communication processes through the Hubspot platform.
