Their objective is to ensure warm, professional, and standards-compliant customer service. Main Responsibilities: Setting up tables, banquet halls, and service stations. Providing direct guest service during events. Tray handling, table service, and basic protocol. Assisting with beverage service, basic mixology, and simple bar setups. Complying with hygiene standards, personal appearance requirements, and best service practices. Maintaining order and cleanliness at their assigned work station. Requirements: Technical qualification in Table and Bar Service, Restaurant Service, or related fields. Minimum 6 months of waiter experience in hotels, events, or restaurants. Knowledge of table service, setup, and protocol. Excellent personal presentation and service-oriented attitude. Availability for rotating shifts, nighttime events, and weekends. Tray handling proficiency (mandatory).
