With timeless style and legendary service, Four Seasons is shaping Cartagena’s new cultural focal point. **About the role:** He is responsible for receiving guests; transporting their luggage; providing guidance on hotel facilities and services, and offering local recommendations. He also handles delivering messages and packages, and performing other errands within the hotel. His main objective is to provide personalized and exceptional service, anticipating guests' needs to ensure an unforgettable experience, both upon arrival and departure. **What you will do:** * Protect the safety of guests and hotel employees and respond immediately to any emergency situation that may arise. * Greet guests and customers warmly at the hotel entrance, addressing them by name. * Record updates on time completed and report anomalies. * Complete his shift checklist and ensure no pending tasks are left for the next shift. * Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; assist customers with all inquiries regarding hotel services, operating hours, key hotel staff, internal events, directions, etc. * Escort guests to their rooms and highlight at least three distinctive room amenities. * Serve as a connection point between guests and different hotel departments to provide better service and timely report any incidents or anomalies that occurred during his shift to his supervisor. * Deliver luggage to the room after check\-in within no more than 10 minutes and collect luggage from the room during check out. * Safeguard luggage and maintain proper records of deliveries and collections. **Requirements:** * Desired 6 months of customer service experience. * Intermediate \-advanced English **What we offer:** * Competitive salary. * Indefinite term contract * Training and development opportunities * Complimentary accommodation at other Four Seasons and Resorts hotels * Complimentary meals during working hours * Uniform laundry service **Availability:** Full time with availability to work rotating shifts
