Skills: PMS operation, basic English, knowledge of current sector regulations, customer service, office tools proficiency, responsible, organized, teamwork, excellent personal presentation. Functions: Customer service: receive, attend to, and guide guest requests. Registration and check-in, check-out. Handle special guest requests and proactively and courteously respond to complaints. Reservation management. Income registration in PMS. Process service payments. Report incidents. Key inventory management and control. Telephone line handling.
