Opportunity for professional growth APPRENTICE OR INTERNSHIP FOR RECEPTION · At ANAVA LOGISTICS S.A.S, we are looking for a Technical or Technological Apprentice for Reception who wishes to gain practical experience and strengthen their knowledge in the company's administrative area. Main Responsibilities: Welcoming and guiding visitors, customers, and suppliers. Handling telephone calls and routing them to the corresponding departments. Receiving, registering, and controlling correspondence and courier deliveries. Supporting document management and information archiving. Assisting in preparing requests and performing basic administrative processes (including SAP, if applicable). Using office tools (basic/intermediate Excel). Coordinating schedules and booking meeting rooms. Other duties inherent to the administrative and reception areas. Requirements: Technical or technological student in Administrative Assistance, Business Management, Secretarial Studies, or related fields. Basic knowledge of office tools. Excel at basic or intermediate level. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent personal presentation and service-oriented attitude.
