




At Ópticas ABC Colombia, an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT is required to work in the northern zone, who will be responsible for carrying out administrative processes for assigned departments and supporting administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Support different management areas in performing administrative duties, managing schedules, correspondence and procedures, keeping the process records updated through the organization and custody of various documents, ensuring information availability and confidentiality. Prepare purchase requests related to goods and services and follow up on deliveries, receiving and sending payment orders to suppliers using available technological tools within the company, in order to meet administrative department requirements. Requirements * Final semester student or professional in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Knowledge of procurement processes. * Experience in managerial assistance. * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel.
