With timeless style and legendary service, Four Seasons is shaping Cartagena’s new cultural focal point. **About the role:** Responsible for maintaining assigned areas in optimal conditions of cleanliness, order, and supply, ensuring that the Housekeeping team has everything necessary to provide an impeccable guest experience. This role supports daily operations by managing supplies, inventories, and cleaning tasks, complying with the hotel's quality and safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Stock linen rooms and assigned areas with linens and supplies necessary for housekeeping staff. * Respond to guest requests within a maximum of 10 minutes, according to notifications on electronic devices. * Strip departing rooms (remove garbage, used bed linens and towels) and prepare for cleaning. * Conduct inventories and rotation of items in storage areas, ensuring order and control of chemicals, water, and linens. * Remove garbage and recyclable waste from guest rooms and service areas, following established protocols. * Report damages, forgotten items, and discrepancies immediately to the Supervisor and Security. * Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas and equipment, including glass surfaces, terraces, and storage rooms, following hotel standards. **Requirements:** * High school diploma * Basic English vocabulary related to the work area (desirable) * Height work certification desirable * Minimum 1 year of experience as a houseman, laundry attendant, public areas in chain hotels, vacation clubs or hospitals (desirable) * Knowledge and handling of cleaning liquids. * Skill in operating cleaning machinery such as rotary machines (polishers), pressure washers, professional Karcher machines.
