Participate in the design, development, and execution of the area plan, curriculum plan, and other activities and projects specific to the subject area. Effectively plan and deliver learning activities, experiences, or school events, aligning them with curricular guidelines set by the Colombian Ministry of National Education, international curricula implemented at each school—such as HighScope (Preschool) and IB (Secondary)—and integrating emotional well-being programs and/or approaches. Implement lesson plans and other activities to achieve key developmental indicators or holistic formation objectives (cognitive, socio-affective, socio-cultural, aesthetic, communicative, transcendental, and physical). Manage processes of monitoring, tracking, and recording indicators under their responsibility. Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude (showing enthusiasm and passion for teaching) to develop and improve pedagogical, administrative, and community practices. Foster a positive organizational climate by showing receptive, respectful, collaborative, analytical, reflective, and critical attitudes that allow the community to grow and strengthen teamwork and institutional belonging.
