We are seeking a **Senior Data Analyst** to support a GenAI Proof of Concept (POC) for our client's Career Journey initiative. This role will involve working with personalization features and recommendations, focusing on data preparation for AI applications. *We accept* *CVs in English only.* **Responsibilities** * Collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope and objectives of the GenAI Proof of Concept * Develop analytical insights for personalizing career journey recommendations and features * Design and implement ETL processes to prepare data for AI and Machine Learning applications * Leverage Retrieval\-Augmented Generation to develop algorithms and recommend solutions * Conduct Prompt Engineering to optimize inputs for GenAI and fine\-tune AI outputs * Work closely with cross\-functional teams to analyze and extract meaningful insights from content and certifications * Document analytical processes and methodologies for project transparency and knowledge sharing * Present findings and recommendations to internal and client stakeholders * Stay updated on industry trends in Gen AI, ensuring the application of best practices **Requirements** * 3\+ years of experience in Data Science and Analytics * Knowledge of Data Software Engineering, Gen AI Application Development, and concepts of Prompt Engineering * Expertise in designing and implementing ETL processes for preparing data for AI use cases * Familiarity with Retrieval\-Augmented Generation and its application in AI models * Background in working with and analyzing certification or content\-related data sources * Strong client\-facing and stakeholder communication skills * Capability to troubleshoot and solve complex data\-related problems effectively * English level of minimum B2 (Upper\-Intermediate) for effective communication **Nice to have** * Understanding of Natural Language Processing methods and frameworks * Experience in implementing NLP to enhance AI\-driven applications * Familiarity with the integration of NLP in recommendation systems or personalization features **We offer** * Learning Culture \- We want you to be the best version of yourself, that is why we offer unlimited access to learning platforms, a wide range of internal courses, and all the knowledge you need to grow professionally * Health Coverage \- Health and wellness are important, that is why we have you and up to four family members in a premiere health plan.
