We are seeking our first MLOps Engineer, who will lead the implementation, automation, and maintenance of machine learning models in production. Your work will be key to ensuring our data-driven solutions scale with quality and traceability. * What will you do in this role? Deploy machine learning models trained by the Data Science team. * Automate the complete ML lifecycle (data ingestion, training, evaluation, monitoring). * Ensure traceability using tools such as MLflow, DVC, Git, and version control. * Monitor models in production (accuracy, F1, data drift, concept drift). * Ensure ongoing maintenance and reliability of models over time. * Integrate models into APIs, web services, or digital products alongside the DevOps and Software teams. * Participate in defining the AI infrastructure strategy at Salva Health. * What we are looking for Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in MLOps, data engineering, or model deployment. * Proficiency in Python and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, SageMaker, or Vertex AI. * Experience in automating pipelines and CI/CD adapted to ML models. * Knowledge of data versioning, monitoring, and model maintenance. * Startup mindset, autonomy, and sensitivity to the social impact of technology.
