




We are looking for a **Customer Service Assistant in Foreign Trade**, an analytical, organized person with an excellent service attitude, who will support maintaining an agile and reliable international operation. **Main responsibilities:** * **Provide comprehensive tracking** of import and export processes, ensuring each stage flows accurately and within established timelines. * **Generate clear and timely traceability** for customers, ensuring information is always up to date. * **Manage and verify key process documentation** (invoices, manifests, import declarations, among others) with accuracy and regulatory compliance. * **Maintain constant and effective communication with customers**, resolving inquiries, providing support, and delivering updates on their operations. * **Build strong relationships with carriers and logistics providers**, ensuring efficient, coordinated, and high-quality service.uya with accuracy and within the established timelines. **Requirements:** * More than two years of experience in this role or similar positions in the foreign trade area * Technologist or university student in foreign trade or related fields * Immediate availability We offer an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of renewal to indefinite term directly with the company.
