Position: Planning Analyst Work Location: Medellín, Bogotá, Cali (1 vacancy only) Work Model: On-site Key Responsibilities: * Analyze sales demand forecast, considering trends, historical data, and new business opportunities. Conduct monthly meetings with the Commercial Department to validate the demand plan. * Manage the supply schedule while assessing stock-out risks. * Ensure compliance with the company’s inventory policy; monitor and control inventory levels. * Interface with domestic and international suppliers, as well as with the departments of International Trade, Logistics, and Procurement. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Administrative Sciences, International Business, Economics, or related fields. * 2–3 years of experience in planning, inventory strategy, materials supply, sales demand management, and forecasting (FORECAST). Industry sector is not a limiting factor. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (not mandatory). * Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.
