We are looking for one (1) legal professional to monitor and control activities related to the legal real estate component, as well as to prepare title studies and project legal documentation. The candidate must be able to coordinate and carry out all legal procedures related to the acquisition, formalization, and legal regularization of properties required by the Company. The candidate must have more than three (3) years of experience in similar positions within mining, oil, energy, infrastructure, or service companies, with a solid focus on legal management. Additionally, it is required to have negotiation skills, conflict management abilities, and strong legal writing and argumentation skills.
