Logistical and documentary order management A major company in the food sector requires a driver to fill the position of driver, reporting directly to the Logistics Coordinator. JOB OBJECTIVE. Ensure the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of goods, guaranteeing proper organization of orders inside the vehicle, verification of loading, documentary control (invoices and return notes), and strict compliance with assigned routes—both urban and national. The driver is responsible for representing the company’s image before medium- and large-scale retail stores and other strategic partners, always demonstrating a strong sense of belonging, excellent personal appearance, courtesy, and service orientation. . MAIN FUNCTIONS. - Verify and supervise correct loading of goods into the vehicle before starting the route. - Sort, organize, and secure orders inside the vehicle to prevent damage or loss. - Review and validate invoices before departing for distribution. - Transport goods on urban routes and highway trips, complying with traffic regulations. - Deliver goods to medium- and large-scale retail stores, following customer protocols. - Support delivery of orders to merchandisers when required. - Verify that return notes exactly match the received goods. - Safeguard delivery documents (signed invoices, returns, supporting documents). - Immediately report logistical incidents, discrepancies, or inconsistencies. - Maintain the vehicle in optimal condition regarding order, cleanliness, and functionality. - Represent the company with an excellent attitude, respect, and customer service. 5.
