Job Summary: We are seeking a food quality technician or technologist to ensure food quality and safety standards and compliance with production processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure food quality and safety in processes and products. 2. Conduct inspections and release products in compliance with quality criteria. 3. Maintain quality documentation and support improvement actions. Partner company is currently seeking technical staff and/or technologists in food quality, with at least one (1) year of experience in related roles. · Mission: Ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards through verification, inspection, and control of production processes, thereby contributing to the quality and safety of products manufactured by the organization. · Responsibilities: Verify compliance with food quality and safety standards in the organization’s processes and products. Conduct inspections of production processes, raw materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with established specifications. Execute product release activities, ensuring adherence to defined quality criteria. Manage and maintain up-to-date documentation, records, and controls related to the quality management system. Report deviations, findings, or nonconformities and support the implementation of corrective and improvement actions. Monitor procedures and good practices that contribute to ensuring food quality and safety. · Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of JAZA or its implementation. Knowledge of HACCP and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Familiarity with current regulations applicable to the food industry. · Professional Competencies: Critical thinking and problem-solving. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 4:20 p.m. Contract Type: Permanent.
