Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Textile Sample Maker to develop samples, strengthen garment construction and production processes, and ensure garment quality and manufacturability. Key Highlights: 1. Development of textile samples with a focus on quality and functionality. 2. Proposal of improvements in garment construction methods and product optimization. 3. Operation of various garment construction machines for sample assembly. Join our team! We are looking for talent for the position of Textile Sample Maker. A minimum of twelve (12) months of experience in similar roles is required, contributing to sample development and strengthening the organization’s garment construction and production processes. Academic Qualification: High school diploma, textile technician, or related field. Job Mission: To prepare and support the entire sample development process according to established patterns, ensuring garment quality, functionality, and production viability. Responsibilities: - Support sample development in accordance with instructions specified in the design technical sheet. - Propose corrections or garment construction methods that contribute to improving production timelines. - Record time measurements for references used in pre-costing processes. - Suggest adjustments to pattern-making and final samples to optimize the product. - Execute sample assembly per brand and external samples requested by other departments. Knowledge: - Operation of garment construction machines (flatbed, overlock, coverstitch, flatseamer, omax, buttonholer). Professional Competencies: Teamwork. · Salary: $1,750,905 + transportation allowance $249,095 + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. Working Hours: Monday to Friday.
