




**BILINGUAL CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT - ENGLISH / SPANISH** **Job Type:** Full-time. 40 hrs/week. **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday. **Work Modality:** IN-PERSON. **Location:** Medellín, Antioquia / Puerto Seco. **Salary Range: $2,850,000 – $3,000,000** **Job Summary:** The bilingual agent will provide administrative support to U.S.-based law firms and/or medical provider offices. Job responsibilities include answering calls in English, calendar management, scheduling clients, and handling documentation. The ideal candidate must demonstrate polite and professional communication in English via telephone and email with clients and team members. The candidate will support the team by performing tasks related to organization and communication. A conversational level of English is required.
