




Assistant for Loading and Unloading: Job Role: Support Area of Knowledge: Loading and unloading of cargo vehicles. Other Knowledge: Basic knowledge of goods and warehouse logistics. Skills: Training skills, composure, customer orientation, listening ability, priority setting. Overall Objective: Ensure loading, transportation, and unloading of units in compliance with defined handling procedures at each stage and guaranteeing on-time delivery. Load and unload units against waybill and/or checklist, distributing cargo weight uniformly across the entire van surface and verifying labels, packaging condition, and shipment contents. ✓ Demand freight payment in cash or upon delivery; otherwise, neither receive nor deliver the goods, respectively. ✓ Support dispatch, receipt, labeling, and storage of products, inventory control to the Operations and Warehouse Manager or Operations Supervisor, as per established guidelines. ✓ Support vehicle parking and positioning activities. ✓ Classify and zone goods at the dock/van to ensure rapid identification for respective loading and unloading. ✓ Complete and settle waybills (cash, upon delivery, credit). ✓ Report to the Operations and Warehouse Manager all suspicious situations arising during daily operations. Report immediately by phone each incident to Customer Service or the Operations and Warehouse Manager and wait at least 10 minutes to confirm and implement the solution agreed upon with the customer. ✓ Keep the vehicle clean and in the best possible condition. ✓ Perform goods preparation and audit at the customer’s facilities as designated by the Operations and Warehouse Manager. ✓ Handle route-related paperwork (checklists, waybills, manifests). **IN CASE THE LOADING AND UNLOADING ASSISTANT TRAVELS WITH THE DRIVER, THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS WILL BE PERFORMED BY THE LOADING AND UNLOADING ASSISTANT:** ✓ Immediately record deliveries in the mobile application. ✓ Receive paperwork (waybills, checklists) from the logistics and distribution point, verifying that waybills and checklists are fully completed, along with funds, as applicable. ✓ Complete the route collection control checklist, obtaining signatures from the point representative and the company-designated responsible person confirming receipt of funds. ✓ Deliver paperwork (waybills and checklists) daily to the Waybill Department or Operations Supervisor, as required. ✓ Complete and settle cash, credit, and upon-delivery waybills, filling in all fields (declared value, recipient, sender, addresses, phone numbers, additional kilograms, handling fee, and date). ✓ Deliver voucher books to receipt and distribution points. ✓ Verify that every unit entry and exit is always associated with a checklist (customer, delivery, and/or transfer).
