Foster a culture of care, leadership, and collaboration **Knitting Supervisor – Funza** **About the Role** Ensure efficient execution of knitting operations, guaranteeing compliance with Safety, Quality, and Productivity standards. From the Production area, contribute to resource optimization and operational continuity, directly impacting product quality. **Your Responsibilities** ------------- * Execute and plan preventive and corrective maintenance for small-diameter circular knitting machines. * Monitor and report production, waste, and quality indicators for the area. * Track production orders and update control records and databases. * Manage inventory and availability of critical spare parts for the area. * Participate in failure analysis and implementation of improvement plans. * Train knitting personnel on operation, standards, and best practices. * Ensure compliance with production standards and operating procedures. * Actively contribute to TPM and SMED programs. * Comply with and promote Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, reporting risks and incidents. **Who We Are Looking For** * **Education:** Industrial Technician or Technologist. * **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** working with **small-diameter circular knitting machinery**. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in tools, BPM, metric system, Office (Excel, Outlook), basic pneumatics, and SIESA (desirable). * **Skills:** Teamwork, effective communication, results orientation, and proactive attitude toward continuous improvement. **What Our Company Offers You:** We are a Swedish multinational company and global leader in hygiene and health solutions aimed at improving people’s well-being.
