High autonomy with meaningful problems to solve **Senior Full\-Stack Developer** **Type:** Full\-time **Reports to:** Director of Strategy \& Operations **About Health Loft** Health Loft is a fast\-growing telehealth nutrition company helping patients access high\-quality care from Registered Dietitians across the country. We combine strong clinical care with great operations and technology to make nutrition support more accessible and effective. **About the role** We are hiring a Senior Full\-Stack Developer to help us build and scale the systems that power our operations and growth. This role is ideal for someone who can ship end\-to\-end features while also being comfortable working with data, integrations, and attribution. You will work closely with leadership and operations to solve high\-impact problems across our funnel, provider workflows, internal tooling, and reporting. Strong verbal and written English skills are a must. This role is hands\-on and high ownership. You will be building real systems that improve conversion rates, reduce manual work, and help leadership make better decisions using reliable data. **What you will do** * Build and maintain integrations across our core systems (EHR, billing/RCM platforms, CRM, booking funnel, etc.) * Build and ship new features across our internal tools to improve the experience and scale operations * Improve our booking funnel by supporting routing logic, reducing friction, and increasing conversion from lead to booked appointment * Create a reliable source of truth for core business metrics, including lead flow, booked visits, show rate, and patient retention * Help implement and maintain attribution and tracking so we can understand which channels and campaigns drive high\-quality leads * Build internal dashboards, tools, and automation that reduce manual work for operations and clinical leadership * Write clean, reliable code with strong logging, error handling, and QA practices * Build new features and applications end\-to\-end from scoping and design through implementation and rollout **What we are looking for** **Experience** * 6\+ years of experience as a full stack developer. * Experience building systems that integrate multiple platforms, tools, or APIs * Experience working with messy, real\-world operational data * Healthcare, fintech, RevOps, or regulated industry experience is a strong plus **Technical Skills** * Languages \& Frameworks: PHP (Laravel), JavaScript/TypeScript, React * Frontend: React, Tailwind CSS * Backend \& Integrations: REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, background jobs/queues * Databases \& Data: SQL, relational databases (MySQL / Postgres), data modeling, reporting logic * Reliability \& Maintainability: error handling, retries, logging/monitoring, preventing sync breakages across systems * Analytics \& Tracking: GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, conversion and event tracking * BI / Reporting Tools: Looker, Looker Studio, Tableau (or equivalent) **Data and analytics mindset** * Comfortable connecting data across systems so leadership can trust reporting * Familiarity with attribution concepts such as UTMs, source tracking, and funnel measurement * Experience with event tracking tools like Google Tag Manager is a strong plus * Experience with tools like dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte, RudderStack, Segment, or BigQuery is a strong plus **How you work** * Pragmatic, business\-minded, and outcome\-focused * Comfortable owning ambiguity and making judgment calls * Able to explain data clearly to non\-technical stakeholders * Organized, thoughtful, and calm in fast\-growing environments * Happy being a “team of one” initially, with room to grow the function **Why this role is a great fit** * High ownership and high impact work * Direct access to leadership and clear priorities * High autonomy with meaningful problems to solve * A chance to build something useful, not just impressive Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
