**Toeshee** is searching for a visionary technical leader to join our new development team in Barranquilla. We are transforming the customer service industry by combining cloud technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and the emerging Web3\. If you are passionate about building systems from the ground up, this role is for you. **What You'll Do** * Be the "player/coach" for our Barranquilla team: you will design our platform's architecture, write code, and mentor a growing team of developers. * Design and implement a next\-generation customer experience platform, bridging traditional cloud systems (**AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker**) with decentralized **Web3** technology. * Build the business logic (**Node.js**) and user interfaces (**React**), ensuring they are scalable and secure. * Serve as a key architect for the solution, responsible for the application's architecture, databases, and technology integrations. **What We're Looking For** * Over 8 years of experience in software development, with a technical leadership role. * Demonstrated experience in **Web3/Blockchain** (3\-5 years): * Development of smart contracts with **Solidity** (for Ethereum) or **Rust** (for Solana). * Knowledge of **DeFi, NFTs**, and crypto payments. * Strong experience with cloud\-native systems: **AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker**. * Proficiency in **full\-stack** development: * Backend: **Node.js, Python**, or **Go**. * Frontend: **React** (preferred), **Vue**, or **Angular**. * **Intermediate to Advanced English** proficiency is required. * Ability to work in an agile environment, be hands\-on, and solve problems with ingenuity. · **Location:** Barranquilla, Colombia (on\-site with hybrid flexibility) · **Compensation:** **Lucrative** compensation package.
