Provide reliable support in billing non-regulated customers owned by the company and other marketers, in SDL or tolls, and regulated and non-regulated customers marketed by the company through other network operators. 14\. Update daily consumption data of non-regulated customers owned by the company and other marketers, in SDL or tolls, regulated and non-regulated customers marketed by the company through other ORs, in order to have the opportunity to submit respective claims or corrections as needed. 15\. Provide support to the process leader with official information necessary for calculating the company's periodic indicators. 16\. Participate in validation of the company's energy flows and those with other operators for SIC settlements. 17\. If necessary, establish communication with the software provider to resolve failures or identified improvement opportunities 23\. Ensure updating of multiplication factors for measurement systems in telemeasurement management software.
