Main Responsibilities Develop technical management plans for telecommunications projects. Coordinate and supervise field technical staff. Plan, implement, and manage network and telecommunications projects. Monitor budget, human, and technological resource utilization for the project. Prepare installation, maintenance, and operation schedules. Conduct field technical inspections. Prepare progress reports and management reports. Manage project technical and operational requirements. Coordinate demand for equipment, tools, and resources. Implement project improvement plans. Deliver training to technical staff. Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards (SG-SST). Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Support implementation of road safety and SST policies. Job Requirements Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in telecommunications or data network projects. Experience coordinating technical staff and operational projects. Technical Knowledge Data networks and telecommunications. Project management. Proficiency in Office tools. Network infrastructure (installation, maintenance, and operation).
