Role Description Ensure the proper functioning of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System by developing strategies aligned with customer requirements, international and legal standards, company policies, and strategic plans. Requirements * Industrial, Logistics, Administration, Assurance, Safety, Engineering, or related technical degree. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in BPM development and responsibilities, control and inspection of various logistics processes, including contract manufacturing and packaging. Responsibilities * Ensure products are packaged and stored according to requirements set by local and/or corporate health authorities and required technical specifications. * Ensure strict compliance with approved packaging and control records per product/process. * Review/internal release of contract manufacturing process records. * Control/evaluate/monitor/notify internally and to the client regarding Change Controls related to packaging processes that may impact approved records and BPM. * Inspection and release of packaged products. * Notify/document events occurring during inspection. * Investigate and resolve complaints related to packaging. * Document, investigate, and resolve deviations from agreed packaging instructions or specifications.
