Product knowledge and service quality 3. 100% coverage of visits within the assigned work area We are seeking Temporary Staff Responsibilities: Promote company product sales through purchase counseling and personalized customer service, based on service quality, product knowledge, product presentations, and point-of-sale execution. Achieve 100% visit coverage across the entire assigned work area, respecting established boundaries. Update information for each assigned customer and include 100% of customers handled in the assigned territory category within the route plan. Academic Qualification: High School Diploma Experience: Minimum 6 months in pre-sales, TAT sales, or commercial advisory roles, with knowledge of customer service and sales processes. Salary: COP $1,750,905 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits + contests/incentives + commissions Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, from 6:30 AM until route completion at approximately 5:00 PM, with availability to work on holidays when required. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education 1 year of experience
