Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for commercial management and user registration, supporting sales representatives and managing Alpina retailer onboarding information. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in TAT sales and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sales in neighborhood stores 2. Strong communication, relationship-building, and persuasive skills 3. Availability for fieldwork and commercial route assignments We are currently recruiting personnel to support commercial management and user registration activities for an approximate duration of one (1) month, under a service provision arrangement. Required Profile: Male or female, aged 40 years or older. Minimum two (2) years of experience in TAT sales. Experience in marketing FMCG products in neighborhood stores. Strong communication, relationship-building, and persuasive skills. Availability for fieldwork and travel along commercial routes. Main Responsibilities: Register Alpina retailers on the Enlace/Banco W platform. Provide on-site support to Alpina sales representatives during their commercial visits. Manage validation and collection of required information for onboarding and registration processes. Deliver courteous and appropriate service to retailers during visits. Meet daily assigned management targets. Compensation: $90,000 per working day. Additional variable payment of $5,000 for each retailer successfully registered on the platform.
