The apprentice will support the department’s administrative and operational processes, contributing to the development and well-being of the team. Responsibilities: Support in recruitment and selection processes (posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews). Support in hiring and affiliation processes. Organization and updating of employment documentation. Support in employee wellness and organizational climate activities. Management and updating of the department’s databases. Support in preparing reports and tracking basic human talent indicators. Requirements: Technical, technological, or university student in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Authorization to begin the productive stage. Organizational skills, confidentiality, and strong communication abilities. Basic proficiency in office software.
