Your mission will be to comprehensively lead the organization's financial and administrative management, ensuring compliance with accounting, tax, and financial regulations, as well as proper resource administration and strengthening of internal processes. We invite you to apply and join our team! Responsibilities: Lead the company’s financial and administrative processes. Oversee budgets, cash flow, and financial statements. Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate administrative teams to ensure efficiency and achievement of objectives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting. Licensed Certified Public Accountant with a valid Professional License Card. Specialization in finance or related fields. Experience in leadership or coordination roles in financial and administrative management. Experience leading teams of at least five people in administrative areas. Preferred experience in technology companies or B2B service firms. Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, taxation, and administrative control. Must reside in Medellín or nearby municipalities within the metropolitan area. Leadership, analytical, organizational, and results-oriented skills. Working Conditions: Work Location: Medellín, Antioquia. Work Modality: On-site. Availability for national and international travel. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 5:30 pm. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. Salary: To be determined based on experience.
