Job Summary: We are seeking a TAT Distribution Supervisor to ensure sales and coverage targets, develop the product portfolio, and optimize operational costs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure achievement of sales and coverage targets in the region. 2. Ensure development and market penetration of the Tigo product portfolio. 3. Supervise and coordinate fieldwork performed by advisors. We are looking for a TAT Distribution Supervisor with at least 1 year of experience and a university degree or technical qualification in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. Key responsibilities include: 1. Ensure achievement of sales targets and coverage indicators in the region. 2. Ensure development and market penetration of the Tigo product portfolio within the distribution channel. 3. Execute commercial initiatives, such as sales techniques or clinics, and coordinate promotional activities or special campaigns. 4. Optimize operational costs and ensure efficient use of resources assigned to your team. 5. Supervise, coordinate, and provide daily and continuous follow-up on fieldwork performed by advisors. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break; Saturdays, 08:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
