Job Summary: We are seeking a Bacteriologist to ensure the efficient operation of the clinical laboratory, guaranteeing the processing and analysis of biological samples to support diagnosis and treatment. Strict adherence to guidelines and protocols. We are currently recruiting a Bacteriologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in this position. The primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient operation of the clinical laboratory, guaranteeing the receipt, processing, and analysis of biological samples using clinical laboratory techniques that support disease diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and prognosis. Responsibilities: - Fully comply with guidelines, protocols, and checklists. - Properly safeguard and manage pathological specimens, biological samples, and bodily fluids collected from patients. - Timely processing and validation of all tests assigned to respective sections, in accordance with the shift schedule and procedures outlined in each section’s manual. - Schedule, analyze, and validate internal and external quality controls for each section, following procedures specified in the corresponding manuals. - Execute routine equipment, cleaning, and disinfection protocols as per established procedures. - Supervise sample collection assistants when required.
