Position Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) professional to lead the implementation, monitoring, and control of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) on site. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead implementation and monitoring of the OSHMS on site 2. Manage risk matrices, inspections, and training programs 3. Support welfare and human resources management processes An industrial, commercial, and corporate sector company requires an OSH professional for Medellín to lead the implementation, monitoring, and control of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) on site. The candidate will be responsible for managing risk matrices, inspections, training programs, accident investigations, emergency drills, document control, performance indicators, and legal compliance in occupational safety and health. Additionally, the candidate will monitor contractors, medical examinations, height work certifications, reports to ARL and EPS, inductions, personnel incident handling, and support welfare and human resources management processes. The candidate must ensure compliance with quality policies, improvement actions, and internal organizational procedures. Requirements include a valid OSH license, a 50/20-hour OSHMS course, an advanced height work course or authorization as a certified worker, and certification as a Safe Work at Heights Coordinator. Candidates must possess teamwork skills, proactivity, autonomy, analytical ability, assertive communication, planning capability, decision-making ability, and results orientation.
