No experience is required. · Academic qualification: High school diploma. · Job mission: Support production processes through basic operation of equipment, product assembly and fitting, quality control, and compliance with established procedures, ensuring efficiency and quality of finished products. · Responsibilities: - Prepare machines by implementing the various reference standards required for production. - Ensure finished products meet established quality requirements and standards. - Perform product or component assembly and fitting tasks according to company specifications. - Identify defects before, during, and after the production process to contribute to continuous improvement. - Maintain a clean and orderly workplace, complying with hygiene, safety, and production standards. · Knowledge: - Manufacturing processes for honeycomb cardboard, packaging, and laminating. - Identification of materials such as kraft paper, adhesives, cardboard, and cells. - Operation of basic machinery including cutters, laminators, presses, and trimmers. - Industrial safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). - Basic quality control in production lines. - Reading and interpreting production orders. - Basic knowledge of storage, inventory rotation, and input recording. · Professional competencies: Attention to detail, responsibility, teamwork, results orientation, and assertive communication. · Salary: $1,750,905 + current statutory benefits.
