A textile and garment manufacturing company seeks a Sewing Machine Operator for its team, promoting connection, growth, and development of talent in the production area, with two (2) years of experience in industrial garment manufacturing processes. · Academic qualification: Primary education. · Job mission: Operate sewing machines and ensure proper preparation and prior verification of production processes, guaranteeing efficient continuity of garment production in accordance with established standards. · Responsibilities: - Operate assigned sewing machines within the production process. - Validate technical specifications or physical samples before production begins. - Prepare checklists to ensure optimal process conditions. - Verify availability of required materials, supplies, and tools. - Coordinate with the production team to ensure proper preparation of the work module. · Knowledge: - Operation of flat-sewing machines, overlock machines, and coating machines. · Professional competencies: Teamwork, continuous improvement, openness to learning, and adaptability to change. · Salary: $1.750.905 + current statutory benefits. Contract type: Fixed-term contract. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 2:40 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM to 1:20 PM; Saturday, 6:00 AM to 11:20 AM.
