REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 7 years of general experience * Specific experience acting as Site Coordinator or Construction Manager in both public and private sectors for a minimum period of three (3) years; up to five (5) contracts will be considered, provided their scope included construction, maintenance, improvement, or renovation of public or private buildings, and the cumulative duration meets the required timeframe.
