Job Summary: Coordinate and manage due diligence for drivers and vehicles, optimize routes, and ensure regulatory compliance in cargo dispatches. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage due diligence for drivers and vehicles 2. Optimize transportation routes to reduce costs 3. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations • Conduct due diligence on drivers, owners, possessors, vehicles, and trailers, managing the information received from them and storing it as a record for its defined purpose; complying with verification of applicable records. • Manage resources across various platforms under your responsibility. • Perform dispatches by issuing the loading order, remittance note, route sheet, manifest, and other required dispatch documents. • Verify submission of the transportation request by the commercial advisor and/or customer. • Deliver loading documents to drivers, providing dispatch recommendations and agreed-upon conditions to be fulfilled during the trip. Assist in optimizing transportation routes to reduce costs. • Register drivers, owners, possessors, vehicles, and trailers in the system. • Secure vehicles to fulfill requests generated by the commercial advisor and/or customer. • Maintain file and documentary records in the user's Drive and other designated platforms. • Prepare and register documents assigned to this position by VIATEX, according to required documents, procedures, formats, and records of the integrated management system. • Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities and communicate with Operations Control, suppliers, and customers regarding trip status. • Promptly handle tasks within your scope or escalate them to the corresponding Coordination. • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations.-Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technical degree Less than 1 year of experience Knowledge: Cargo dispatch, Microsoft Excel, Transportation regulations, Platforms Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aide
