In this opportunity, we are looking for an Apprentice / Assistant in Systems or Technical Support who wishes to strengthen their knowledge and gain practical experience by supporting the company’s technological and technical support processes. Requirements: - Technician or Technologist in Computer Equipment Maintenance, Systems, or related fields. - Must not have previously signed an apprenticeship contract. - Must have endorsement from the educational institution to carry out internships. - Must reside in Medellin or the Metropolitan Area. - Basic knowledge of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. - Proactive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to support various departments of the company. Responsibilities: - Perform internal and external cleaning of computer equipment, removing dust, dirt, and debris that may affect performance. - Install software and operating system updates, ensuring equipment remains up-to-date in terms of security and functionality. - Identify and diagnose hardware or software issues affecting equipment performance. - Provide basic technical support to colleagues, resolving issues related to software, hardware, or connectivity. - Assist in inventory control of computer equipment. - Generate and manage equipment delivery reports.
