Job Summary: We are seeking a Carousel Cutting Machine Operator to carry out the foam cutting process, ensuring quality, production timelines, and proper machinery handling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the foam cutting process and machinery operation 2. Ensure product quality and meet production deadlines 3. Operate auxiliary machines as needed We are looking for a Carousel Cutting Machine Operator responsible for executing the foam cutting process, ensuring product quality, adherence to production schedules, and proper handling of machinery. Requirements Academic Qualification: High school diploma Experience: Preferred in manufacturing plants or industrial machinery operation Responsibilities Transport, position, and place foam blocks onto the carousel machine. Program and operate the cutting machine according to technical specifications. Monitor the cutting process, ensuring quality and identifying potential defects. Count, plastic-wrap, and label cut bundles, identifying imperfections if present. Operate auxiliary machines (peeler, die-cutting machine) as needed.
