**About the job** ----------------- ### **Carrier Sales Manager** *Location: Barranquilla (On\-site)* As a Carrier Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and development of Carrier Sales Representatives, both on\-site in Barranquilla, Colombia, and some remote team members. This includes, but is not limited to: managing personnel schedules to ensure consistent coverage, tracking and driving progress on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing ongoing training and coaching, managing call volume distribution, and upholding and reinforcing Core company values. Embracing the ethos of *"All Owns All,"* *"Let No Team Member Fail,"* and *"Integrity Before Profit,"* Core fosters a culture of unwavering commitment to excellence. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure tasks are reassigned to tracking immediately upon notification of a CSR being off shift. * Verify all CSRs have access to the necessary software and tools to succeed. * Provide ongoing training and development to support CSR success. * Hold CSRs accountable to KPIs and provide coaching with actionable solutions. * Monitor volumes in CSR regions to ensure staffing levels align with output needs. * Maintain a disciplined, focused work environment while fostering high morale. * Ensure adherence to SOPs and best practices for booking, tracking, negotiating, and problem\-solving in logistics. * Identify gaps in processes and propose/update SOPs as needed, especially with new software integrations. * Track individual CSR progress monthly; set stretch goals and identify development opportunities. * Regularly review challenges, outcomes, and team highlights; give recognition when warranted. * Lead by example with professionalism, and hold CSRs to the same high standard. **Key Performance Indicators:** * Constructive feedback loops with reps who need additional development * Tracking and booking gap mitigation when reps are out * Reinforcement and monitoring/presenting of KPI’s (to leadership and reps) * Identifying training and execution needs **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field. * English proficiency at C1 level or higher (mandatory). * Proven leadership experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Carrier Sales or similar logistics roles, demonstrating a consistent track record of performance and team development. * Strong ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams in a fast\-paced, metrics\-driven environment. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all organizational levels. * Highly organized, proactive, and solution\-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement. * Experience managing remote and on\-site teams is a plus. **INCENTIVES:** * Industry\-leading Salary \+ Bonusses program * Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (weekends OFF) * Contract type: Permanent. * Driven by US Calendar * 2 Weeks Paid Vacation Annually * Encouraging and Collaborative Team Environment **Please Note:** To ensure a thorough review process, we kindly request that all CVs be submitted in English.
