Job Description **Role:** * QA Engineer (Quality Assurance) **Education:** * Professional in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum one (1) to three (3) years in similar **QA roles.** * Experience with testing tools **(Selenium, Postman, JMeter, etc.).** * **Desirable experience in Test Automation and Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).** **Technical Skills:** * **Test management tools (TestLink, Zephyr, etc.)** * **Databases (basic/intermediate SQL)** * **CI/CD concepts (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)** * **Functional, regression, performance, and security testing.** * **Scripting or automation languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.)** **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and execute manual and/or automated test plans and test cases. * Report, document, and track bugs in tools such as **JIRA, Trello, or others.** * Verify that developments meet defined functional and technical requirements. * Collaborate with development and product teams to improve software quality. * Participate in code reviews and planning meetings (scrum, daily, retrospectives). * Ensure adherence to best practices in software testing. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes. * Prepare test result reports and quality metrics. **Working Conditions:** * Location: Barranquilla. * Work Mode: On-site. * Contract Type: Indefinite term. * Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
