Customer service training, personnel management, and teamwork skills are required. Intermediate-level Office proficiency is required. The job functions are as follows: Coordination of daily cleaning and sanitation activities and cleaning brigades, management of cleaning personnel, conduct follow-up visits to project sites, complete the formats defined in the SIG system for monitoring and controlling cleaning and sanitation activities, prepare performance reports, request cleaning and sanitation supplies, monitor supply consumption patterns, distribute supplies to staff, control and monitor machinery assigned per site, consolidate and report updates regarding personnel under supervision, develop work schedules for staff, monitor completion of activity execution control forms, deliver uniforms and PPE, report accidents and incidents, ensure compliance with safety regulations, submit management reports.
