If you're passionate about strategic sales and closing high-value opportunities, this role is for you. **This isn't just about selling, it's about making an impact:** identify, develop, and manage senior-level business relationships, ensuring more restaurants enhance their operations with Toteat. **What you'll do:** Manage the complete outbound sales cycle for new clients in the Costa region, from prospecting to closing. Actively prospect by contacting potential clients using effective street strategies. Manage and convert opportunities received through the inbound channel. Apply a consultative and strategic approach, understanding customer needs and positioning our solutions. Maintain an impeccable CRM, recording every interaction to optimize conversion. Master the product and clearly, persuasively communicate its value. Negotiate and close strategic deals, confidently handling objections. Collaborate with key teams such as Onboarding and Customer Success to ensure an excellent post-sales experience. Propose improvements to the sales strategy based on market data and feedback. **Requirements:** Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related fields. \+5 years of experience in sales or commercial roles. (Ideal if you've worked in SaaS or the gastronomic industry ️) ️ Experience with CRM and consultative sales techniques. Ability to present complex solutions in a persuasive manner. Strong negotiation skills and results orientation. ️ Availability to travel within Colombia Interest and availability to work prospecting on the street.
